Right before the pandemic I was lucky enough to experience the interactive art installation called Wonderspaces. Located in the Fashion District in Philadelphia, Wonderspaces is a 24,000 square foot permanent venue with rotating international artists.
The venue has been closed due to covid, but is reopening this Friday, January 22nd and you can view all of the new health protocols here: https://philadelphia.wonderspaces.com/coronavirus-note.
This reopening will bring with it several new installations, including Akousmaflore by Scenocosme, Notes on Blindness: Into Darkness by Peter Middleton, James Spinney, Arnaud Colinart, and Amaury La Burthe, and Thank You Bags by Reed van Brunschot. You can also see the full lineup of artists and purchase tickets on their website: https://philadelphia.wonderspaces.com/

Wonderspaces is meant to be an in-person shared experience - something we are all craving after the last year. It's also a great date night idea as well! If you are comfortable with going places in person, be sure to get your tickets now for the reopening, because with limited capacity and timed ticketing due to covid, this is sure to be a high demand ticket!
