A cold day calls for a warm dessert! Being that I am the only one who really likes baked goods in the house I usually make small portions. Mug cakes are the perfect dessert for one person. The best part about mug cakes is that majority ingredients are stuff you already have in your pantry. Being me, I always like to switch up recipes so I am not trying the same thing over and over again. I thought about adding a tea bag to this mix!
TEA MUG CAKE
Ingredients
2TBSP Flour
1/4oz Baking Soda
1/8oz Salt
2TBSP Milk
3/4oz Canola Oil
1 Lavender Tea Bag
Directions
Microwave milk with tea bag for 30 seconds and let steep
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl then add rest of ingredients
Remove tea bag from milk
Add mixture to the milk and mix together
Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
