Cape May Holiday Kick Off: Act Now, Few Seats Left for Tree Lighting at Emlen Physick Estate

In Cape May, the Holiday Preview Weekend November 21-22 promises to be the biggest live holiday celebration in New Jersey and the tri-state region. The Atlantic Brass Band will perform holiday classics on the outdoor stage at the Physick Estate at 5pm Saturday followed by Santa flipping the switch hundreds of lights and a reading of “Twas the Night Before Christmas.”

Santa will be practicing proper social distancing; letters to Santa are welcome.

There is a limit of 500 guests on the grounds and spots are filling fast! Registration is required this year with a $3 fee to help offset costs. Go to capemaymac.org

While at the Estate, also visit “An Old-fashioned Christmas” exhibit in the Carroll Gallery from 10am-8pm. The exhibit features a giant indoor Christmas tree display, an elaborate Dept. 56 Dickens Village, model trains, nostalgic photos, toys and much more. Open daily from the Friday prior to Thanksgiving through the New Year (except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
