Caesars Entertainment Spotlights Women Leaders for Women's History Month

Although we just celebrated Women's History Month, the party should continue year round, am I right ladies? And what makes my heart so happy, is seeing all of the women in leadership roles, especially within large corporations such as the casinos. Well Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City spotlighted some of their female leaders and team members from Tropicana, Caesars, and Harrah’s Resort, and asked these women for advice and wisdom to share with others. From General Counsels and General Managers to Marketing VPs, Chefs and Table Games Supervisors, these women are helping pave the way for others in our own gaming industry.

Former Regional President of Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City Region, Steve Callender said, "We believe in creating a culture in which all genders can progress on merit, and those putting up the best results are rewarded. However, it is equally important for us to have diverse & equitable leadership at our resorts, which ultimately enables us to best serve our guests and the communities we serve. It’s also the right way to do business."

Callender just retired after four decades of service to the gaming industry in Atlantic City. He was an incredible leader, and we thank him for his commitment & initiatives to revitalize our area.
