Check out the official press release below with all the details!

Bourré, a New Orleans-inspired pub that serves up Cajun BBQ cuisine and craft cocktails, is hosting an all-day block party on Saturday, November 14. The restaurant, which serves up live music along with its menu, is the concept of real estate developer Pat Fasano. Fasano was a major mover in the renaissance of the once struggling Asbury Park, and is now expanding his footprint in Atlantic City with his role in the creation and expansion of The Orange Loop. His current focus is creating a live entertainment venue in his 18,000 square feet of outdoor space at Bourré. The Bourré Block Party was inspired by Asbury Park’s The Stone Pony, one of the world’s most famous music venues. The Pony’s Promoter, Kyle Brendle, is partnering with Fasano to produce this party with more being planned for the future.

Fasano’s goal to bring the same magic of Asbury Park to Atlantic City includes offering locals and visitors lots of entertainment options. He began the transformation of New York Avenue in The Orange Loop with the construction of the city’s first shipping container court at Bourré. Consisting of shipping container food outlets, a bar and two stages, the open air court is perfect for partying while social distancing.

“Atlantic City is an outdoor playground that is ideal for entertainment venues,” said real estate developer Pat Fasano. “This city has so much potential and is so similar to Asbury Park. I want to bring that experience of a walkable downtown area to The Orange Loop and offer a dozen different venues in one place.”

The block party is free and open to guests of all ages (kids are allowed until 8pm). Doors open at 12pm and the live music, featuring bands and acoustic acts on two different stages, begins at 1pm. Food and drink specials will be offered all day. Parking is free. Acts include:

1:30  Jimmy Brogan & Destinee Monroe

2:00  Eddie Testa Band with Jarod Clemons

4:00  Billy Walton Band

6:30 - 8:00 Block Party Finale with Gas Pedal Steel, and Chef Georg's All-Star Jam featuring members of all the Block Party acts!

Bourré is located at 201 S. New York Ave, Atlantic City 08401. For more information, visit https://bourreatlanticcity.com/ or call (609)246-6670.
