Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr. helped cut the ribbon at the Caesars Entertainment reopening press conference on Friday July 3rd. He spoke to @GoToWhitney about the economic impact the casinos have in the City of Atlantic City, and was thrilled to have people back to work, especially the city's working poor. "This is step one of our economic comeback", said Small.
