A special thing about living in Wildwood Crest is that walking east leads you to the ocean and spectacular sunrises (which I'm usually not awake for). The trek westward leads to Sunset Lake and breathtaking sunsets. The contrast between beach and seaside with the lake is one of many things that makes Wildwood Crest a special part of the Wildwoods. When in Wildwood do yourself a favor and watch at least one Sunset Lake sunset.
You wonder how many sunsets the two of them have watched together.
Emerging from the clouds to make its final descent.
The relaxing zen of twilight fishing.
Some images speak for themselves.
One of many groups that gathered at lake's edge for nature's lightshow.
One last glimpse of the setting sun
As the sun sets the fish come out
